Darius Vane — Nightbreaker
“Some nights are meant to be survived. This one is meant to be ended.”
Darius Vane is a paladin who entered the Crimson Waltz not as a guest, but as a sentence. Armed with faith, discipline, and a brutal warhammer, he hunts the castle’s undead nobility through candlelit halls and ruined chapels. Where others fear the coming night, Darius intends to break it.
Darius asks the party to help consecrate a ruined chapel before the vampires discover what he is planning.
He hunts a noble vampire responsible for the massacre of his former order.
Darius believes the Old One can be destroyed, but only during the final dance of the Waltz.
