Guardian Badan stands like an old root that never gave way, thick-shouldered and steady, with a staff in one hand and warding tokens tied across his cloak. Age shows in his face, but not weakness. He carries the calm of a druid who has seen corruption spread through soil, flesh, and spirit, and has chosen to stand against it anyway.
Plot Hooks
- Badan asks the party to help him destroy a hidden lab before its waste seeps into the forest for good.
- He is guarding a sealed ruin, but refuses to say whether he is keeping people out or something worse in.
- The land still answers Badan’s call, though each time he draws on it, the corruption answers back.
